As the capstone to a busy 2024–25 Broadway season, the Tony Awards, held June 8, 2025, at their longtime home, Radio City Music Hall, and hosted by Cynthia Erivo, honored the top shows and actors.

Maybe Happy Ending, awarded best musical, was the biggest winner on the night with six Tonys. Buena Vista Social Club, Purpose and Sunset Boulevard—whose lead actress, Nicole Scherzinger, also took home an award—were a few of the shows that also received recognition in various categories.

Read on for the major-category nominees and winners (shows whose titles are not linked have finished their Broadway run), and check all that is happening in our Broadway guide.
