Description
Cole Escola’s dark comedy, which depicts Mary Todd Lincoln (portrayed as a thwarted cabaret singer) during the weeks leading up to her husband's assassination, has received raves since its transfer to Broadway. The current cast includes Phillip James Brannon (Mary's husband, aka President Lincoln), Bianca Leigh, Ryo Kamibayashi and Barrett Foa, with Meg Stalter (Hacks) in the role of Mrs. Lincoln through September 12, to be followed by Bowen Yang—late of Saturday Night Live—from September 15 to December 6.
