Es war in dieser ruhigen Totstraße, wo Arthur Miller sein berühmtes Spiel „Tod eines Verkäufers“ von 1949 beendete. 1955 verkaufte er das Haus an die damals achtzehnjährige W.E.B. DuBois. Inzwischen ist es in mehrere Einheiten unterteilt.
