Beschreibung
Die größte öffentliche Bibliothek der Bronx – mehr als 7.000 Quadratmeter Fläche – ist auch die erste grüne Bibliothek New Yorks. Das Bronx Library Center wurde 2006 eröffnet und erhielt 2007 den LEED Silver Certification Award. Diese Bibliothek ist auch die Heimat der erstklassigen Sammlung lateinamerikanischer und puerto-ricanischer Kulturerbe in der New York Public Library.
