Founded in 2010, Kings County Distillery was the first whiskey distillery to open within New York City limits since the fall of Prohibition, and among the most acclaimed small distilleries in the United States. Their distillery tours (Wednesday–Sunday) provide an in-depth look at the science and magic of mashing, fermentation and pot distillation. Take in the angel's share in the barrel room and find out how the spirit is mellowed by the oak while it picks up all its color and develops deeper flavors. Complete your tour with a tasting that includes some of their more allocated products.
