To ensure availability and provide a seamless booking experience, Even Hotel Long Island City requires a 25% deposit of the estimated total revenue at the time of contracting. This deposit confirms your room block and guarantees the agreed rate and space exclusively for your group. Please note that we do not extend courtesy holds; reservations are only secured once the deposit is received and the agreement is finalized. Tax not included. Our goal is to provide your guests with confidence and peace of mind, knowing their accommodations are confirmed well in advance of your event. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of this deposit if the group is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival; cancellations within 30 days of arrival would result in forfeiture of the deposit.
