Die Musik der Dankbaren Toten wird in diesem neuen Musical über eine Bergbaustadt in Maryland in den 1920er Jahren zum Leben erweckt. Als die Mine des Firmeninhabers Jackson Jones von zwei Brüdern übernommen werden droht, kommt Jacksons Sohn Mick zur Rettung des Familienunternehmens. Mit einem Buch von Michael Norman Mann und Liedern von Jerry Garcia und Robert Hunter wird die Show von Rachel Klein gedreht.
