Zwei Wochenenden im Sommer veranstaltet die Governors Island in New York City die Jazz Age Lawn Party, eine Hommage an die Musik und den Stil des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Gegründet von Michael Arenella, dessen Dreamland Orchestra den Soundtrack liefert, zieht die Veranstaltung kostümierte Gäste für Swingdance, Retro-Cocktails und modischen Spaß an.
