Commodore Barry Park
Beschreibung
Brooklyns ältester Park ist nach Commodore Barry benannt, der den benachbarten Brooklyn Navy Yard gegründet hat. Der Park verfügt über mehr als 2 Hektar öffentliche Einrichtungen und Grünflächen, darunter Baseball-, Basketball- und Fußballflächen, Spielplätze und einen Pool. Im Sommer finden im Park auch Konzerte und Veranstaltungen statt. Zu den früheren Darstellern gehörten aufstrebende Stars wie Janelle Monae.
