Die Litchfield Villa auf einem Hügel war einst ein elegant gestaltetes Familienhaus. 1868 wurde es verurteilt, Platz für den Bau des Prospect Park zu schaffen, aber heute steht es noch und beherbergt die Verwaltungsbüros der Prospect Park Alliance. Architekturfans können die raffinierte, romantische italienische Fassade aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, zu der kunstvolle Türme und Kuppeln gehören, während der regulären Parkzeiten von außen bewundern.
