Es wurde vom gleichen Architekturteam entworfen, das für das Grand Central Terminal verantwortlich war, wurde 1927 eröffnet und war ursprünglich als Erlanger bekannt. Dieses historische Theater mag Filmbesuchern als Schauplatz der Oscar-gekrönten Spielfigur_Birdman bekannt erscheinen_, die hier 2013 gedreht wurde.
