Die School of Visual Arts kann dieses ehemalige Kino in Chelsea nutzen, aber es sind nicht nur Schüler, die davon profitieren. Die Schule zeigt Filme im Theater und veranstaltet Veranstaltungen, die der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich sind. Der renommierte Grafikguru Milton Glaser hat das Außen- und Innenleben des Gebäudes neu gestaltet, zu dem auch Auditorien mit 350 und 550 Sitzplätzen gehören.
