Kamasu Sushi

Kamasu is a new sushi offering from the Kissaki Omakase team, which currently operates two Manhattan omakase sushi restaurants under the Kissaki name. Kamasu's menu features combinations of open-faced hand rolls called temaki and an a la carte menu that offers of specialty maki and donburi rice bowls. The experience is faster and less formal than Kissaki but retains the same exceptional quality.
