Chef-owner Mustafa El Sayed thoughtfully prepares Egyptian dishes like chicken liver, vegetable tagine and lamb shank with couscous. Chef Mustafa comes by most tables to walk through the menu; pay attention to what he says the day’s specials are. This is the place to go when you’re in the mood for a slow, home-style meal.
