Shoo Shoo ist ein gesundheitsorientiertes Nolita-Bistro mit üppigen Blattpflanzen und beruhigendem Blau und Grün. Der Mitbesitzer und Küchenchef Shimon Maman aus Israel ehrt sein Erbe und fügt gleichzeitig moderne Blüte hinzu: glutenfreie Falafel-Lattes werden von Granatapfelsalat begleitet, Hähnchenschenkelschnitzel wird mit Sesamkruste geliefert und Caesar-Salat hat Blumenkohlstücke anstelle von Brotkrümeln gebräunt.
