Fans authentischer mexikanischer Küche können hier Burritos, Tostadas und Quesadillas probieren, die mit frischen Tortillas zubereitet und mit Chorizo, Carnitas, Hühnchen, Bohnen und Reis gefüllt sind. Diese werden im an der Fabrik angeschlossenen BYOB-Café serviert.
