Obwohl Knish Nosh jetzt eine Minikette mit mehreren Standorten in New York und einem in Delray Beach, Florida, hat, serviert Knish Nosh seit 1952 seine markentypischen teigigen Snacks an diesem Standort. Eine kürzliche Renovierung hat das Interieur etwas aufgepeppt, aber die Messer – von traditionellen Kartoffelmessern bis hin zu kleinen „Cocktail“-Gerichten mit Pastrami oder Maisfleisch – sind so authentisch wie sie kommen. Der Shop bietet auch andere jüdische Kost wie Latkas und Matzo-Ballsuppe.
