Staten Islands einzige ganzjährige Eislaufbahn bietet für jeden etwas – von Vorschullern- bis zu Skate-Programmen bis hin zu Kursen und Aktivitäten für erfahrene Skater und Hockeyspieler. Staten Island Skating Pavilion bietet High-School-, Hockeyligaspiele für Erwachsene und Jugendliche, Camps und Turniere. Sie sind von Freitag bis Sonntag für öffentliche Skating-Sessions geöffnet. Darüber hinaus stehen eine Snackbar und ein Partyraum für private Veranstaltungen zur Verfügung.
