Twenty teams will take part in 2024’s Cricket World Cup, hosted in venues in the US and West Indies, including at a Long Island stadium just a few miles outside of NYC. Here in the City, you can head to the fan park North Oculus Plaza outside the World Trade Center to watch matches on a big screen throughout June, a fun way to take part even if you don’t know a flipper from a googly. There will be food and drink options as well as family-friendly activities. For the sold-out Long Island match between India and Pakistan, two longtime rivals and top sides, on June 9, Citi Field is hosting a special watch party; reserve seats now.
