El desfile y festival de la libertad de Juneteenth regresa a Staten Island por cuarto año, con carrozas, un pabellón de salud, recreación histórica y entretenimiento en vivo. El desfile comienza al mediodía en la intersección de School Road y Bay Street e incluye cinco carrozas temáticas de historia viva: Harriet Tubman, Madam CJ Walker, Civil Rights Freedom Fighters Walk, Western/Cowboy & Cowgirl y Afrofuturismo. El desfile termina a la 1:00 p. m. en Tappen Park, donde comienza el festival y la recreación.
