Después de varios años como cervecero itinerante, el fundador de Evil Twin Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø (hermano gemelo de Mikkeller Brewing’s Mikkel Borg Bjergsø) estableció un hogar permanente para su operación en Ridgewood.
