Llamado así por el difunto Adam Yauch (el Beastie Boy conocido como MCA), este pequeño parque de barrio es el mismo en el que creció jugando, incluso aprendió a montar en bicicleta allí. En aquel entonces se llamaba State Street Park; más tarde se convirtió en Palmetto Playground. Hoy en día, los fanáticos de Beasties y todos los demás vienen a disfrutar de los toboganes y columpios.
