La Escuela de Artes Visuales puede utilizar este antiguo cine en Chelsea, pero no son solo los estudiantes los que se benefician. La escuela proyecta películas en el teatro y organiza eventos abiertos al público. El famoso gurú gráfico Milton Glaser rediseñó el exterior y el interior del edificio, que incluye auditorios de 350 y 550 asientos.
