Owners Alon Kruvi and Rakesh Barmecha take falafel up a notch at this unique Mediterranean eatery. Customers can dress up the fried chickpea patties exactly as they like: the Crisp Mexican layers cilantro pesto, avocado, corn, salsa and nachos, for example, while the Crisp Africa adds North African peanut sauce, sweet potatoes, corn salad, cherry tomatoes and green onion. Alternatively, try customizing a hummus salad bowl.
