Crown Shy

Descripción

Crown Shy is the first solo project from the late chef Jamal James Kent. The restaurant, which has one Michelin Star, is located at the base of a landmark art deco tower in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District at 70 Pine Street, its dining room modern and dramatic. Commence with pull-apart olive bread and spellbinding gruyère fritters followed by mafaldine with rock shrimp and chorizo. Other highlights of this creative menu include roasted short rib, crispy eggplant, sungold marinara, and mozzarella. Finish the night with the legendary sticky toffee pudding and green apple sorbet.
