The Dos Caminos fiesta-making formula continues at this downtown outpost, wedding executive chef Scott Linquist’s modern take on Mexican staples with high style. In the summer, check out SoHo’s fashion parade with a prickly-pear-cactus frozen margarita at one of the outdoor tables. Inside, there’s plenty of people watching between the dramatic hot pink and chocolate brown walls as scads of well-heeled diners drink from a list of more than 100 types of tequila and nibble on Kobe beef tacos.
