Pupusas are a Salvadoran tradition—thick, handmade tortillas, filled with cheese or a mixture of cheese, beans and seasoned pork known as chicharrón—and at El Encanto they take their pupusas very seriously. The large menu includes more than 120 items and features a healthy selection of breakfast items and traditional Salvadoran specialties.
