Ess-A-Bagel makes hand-rolled and fresh-baked bagels, plus pastries, coffee and more—much of it kosher. Now, they're available in Brooklyn at Time Out Market New York. Fillings include plain and flavored cream cheese and tofu spreads, Nova lox and appetizing salads (whitefish, tuna, egg). There are also deli sandwiches such as the Pepe (hot roast beef, bacon and melted cheese) and the Reuben (corned beef, pastrami, roast beef or turkey).
