Not a typical steakhouse, this restaurant in the Kingsbridge section of The Bronx offers a variety of beef dishes like filet mignon, New York strip, porterhouse and rib eye, as well as grilled lamb chops, roasted chicken with Malanga truffle puree, and wild striped bass, along with Latin touches like empanadas and parillada. Six kinds of sauce can be added, including Caribbean bearnaise, royal-peppercorn, chimichurri, au jus, black cherry and bordelaise.
