Chef Joe Salimeni opened J’s On The Bay in Rosebank, Staten Island, in 2014 as a hip, playful retro diner with the vision of transforming it into the trendy New American restaurant it is today. His mission from its inception was to recreate classic American dishes using fresh local ingredients with a focused seasonal menu.
