Their American partner, Annie Shi, oversees the front of the house. The sweet Soho corner bistro features a brief, European-influenced menu. The dinner menu changes daily, but look for dishes like quail grilled with warm tapenade, Provencal fish stew and malfatti pasta with butter and marjoram.
