Descripción

Majorelle is an elegant neighborhood destination for refined dining, located in the The Lowell Hotel on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Inspired by the lush gardens of Marrakesh and the spirit of Mediterranean hospitality, the restaurant blends timeless elegance with vibrant, transportive design. Led by restaurant manager Guillaume Chamot-Rooke and the culinary team headed by executive chef David Thual, Majorelle offers a French Mediterranean dining experience that blends classic technique with global inspiration, bringing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to the forefront of every dish. Complementing the menu is an extensive wine list featuring Sommelier-selected wines and expert pairings from around the world. The menu features a refined selection of signature and seasonal dishes, while signature classics, including grilled Dover sole and Poulet Grand'Mère served tableside, remain central to the Majorelle experience. Dessert offerings, crafted by Pastry Chef Matthew Lambie, include signature soufflés and a rotating selection of seasonal pastries.
