Momofuku Ssäm Bar, the second restaurant from David Chang and the Momofuku team, opened in 2006 and moved to Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport in 2021. The menu is a constantly evolving selection of dishes with meat, seafood and vegetarian options. The first floor bar and patio, serving both snacks to enjoy with a cocktail, as well as a full dinner menu. The second floor Dining Room, with views of the waterfront, centers around tabletop grills and offers a menu featuring meat and seafood grilled tableside, available a la carte or as part of a multi-course experience.
