Ponty Bistro

Descripción

Two cousins who moved to the United States from Dakar, Senegal, in 1995 combine their Senegalese and West African cooking traditions with current culinary practices to create enticing dishes that reflect the flavors of their heritage—with a modern twist. Their West African, French and Mediterranean fusion cuisine is served with warm hospitality and exceptional service at Ponty Bistro. The menu includes Poisson Braise a le Guet Ndar, Niokolokoba and Kashbah Lamb Shank with Merquez, along with steaks, fresh seafood, poultry, salads and vegetarian dishes, plus an assortment of unexpected home-style comfort foods.
