While expansive menus have their place, there's something to be said for doing one thing—or in this case, one sandwich—and doing it right. Swiss chef-owner Ralf Kuettel has taken this motto to heart, and Rocket Pig is the proof: the pork sandwich is the star of show (with sides of slaw, pickles and potato chips and a few desserts as supporting players). Kuettel and his team use locally sourced pork shoulder that's been brined, spice-rubbed, smoked and then slow roasted to perfection.
