Danny Meyer opens the seventh New York outlet of his wildly popular upscale-burger chain. The menu is composed of signature items, like the ShackBurger, which is topped with American cheese and ShackSauce, and the Shack-cago Dog, a Vienna beef frankfurter covered with relish, pickles, cucumbers and tomato. Plus, this outpost features its own signature concretes, including the Wall-nut Street (vanilla custard, cookie dough, walnuts, amarena cherries), the Lower West Side (chocolate custard, malted marshmallow, Mast Brothers cacao nibs) and the Downtown Butter Brown (vanilla custard, hazelnut brown butter streusel, seasonal fruit).
