Shoo Shoo Nolita

Shoo Shoo is a health-oriented Nolita bistro lush with leafy plants and painted in soothing blues and greens. Co-owner and chef Shimon Maman, who is from Israel, honors his heritage while adding contemporary flourishes: gluten-free falafel latkes are accompanied by pomegranate salad, chicken thigh schnitzel comes sesame crusted and Caesar salad has browned bits of cauliflower instead of bread crumbs. Drinks include vegetable-charged juices and a variety of Israeli and European wines.
