Descripción

This whitewashed New Mexican diner is the creation of Albuquerque-raised chef Eric See (it’s named after his grandmother). It quickly garnered a cult following for its breakfast burritos, fresh tortillas crammed with fluffy eggs, cheese, hash browns, spicy red chili and a choice of pork, bacon or vegan bean. A small, counter-service restaurant by day (you order from a QR code), it steps up at night with a fuller menu of Mexican mains and fancy cocktails (there’s lots of vegan and vegetarian choices).
