Description

The 70 works on display offer a glimpse at the future of products, apps and services that can help disabled people. There’s a wristwatch with haptic vibration technology that helps tremor sufferers use their hands, prosthetic leg covers and a voting booth that aids all types of people. The exhibit also includes interactive features that allow visitors to experience some of the services firsthand. A two-week program of events in collaboration with New York City Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities will also help elevate issues around inclusive design.
