Boston College, Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Miami, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest vie for an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament (and, since the ACC typically sends all of its best teams to college basketball's Big Dance, for bragging rights and seeding).
