Description
BAM’s numerous spaces are full of live programming. In addition to annual presentations of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Batsheva Dance Company and Dance Africa, the 2025 season features Rebecca Frecknall’s revival of A Streetcar Named Desire starring Patsy Ferran, Paul Mescal and Anjana Vasan; Barrie Kosky’s staging of The Threepenny Opera; and Whitney White’s Macbeth in Stride, an R&B musical setting Lady Macbeth as a Black icon.
