Guests can choose from fresh crudos and summer salads, followed by entrées including their signature fish fillet with white kimchi tartar and Comté, pork collar with green almonds and stone fruit, or shrimp and pork dumplings in SarVecchio broth. Finish with seasonal desserts such as matcha cheesecake or strawberries & cream popsicle.
