Description
This annual chili-venerating festival has been a tradition for more than 25 years. All things pepper-related are celebrated at this unique event: sample chili-infused dishes, exotic peppers from around the globe, spicy chocolates and hot sauces. Capping off the day's celebration of New Orleans, a roster of Big Easy musicians highlighted by John "Papa" Gross will perform and Big Chief Monk Boudreaux and his Queen will showcase the cultural world of the African American Mardi Gras Indians.
