Description

This year marks the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Throughout the month of July, NYBG celebrates the history and contributions of people with disabilities to the botanical world. Programming includes a Summer Highlights Sensory Tour on July 13, Disability Pride, Disability Joy Exists: A Community Art Making Workshop on July 19 with Accessible Travel NYC and a tour of the Perennial Garden co-led by an ASL interpreter on July 20.
