Disco Pigs

Pig and Runt are thick as thieves, born on the same day in the same hospital in this breakthrough play from 1996 by Irish dramatist Enda Walsh. Though not related, these characters are inseparable, living in their own fantasy land and even speaking in their own language in this unusual coming-of-age play. On their shared 17th birthday, their growing sexual desires merge with their wild adolescent impulses, and their tumultuous relationship violently erupts into the world around them.
