Description
New York City Center’s series of concert stagings has been wowing audiences for more than 30 years. This season, three shows take place over two-week stints in February, March and June. First up is High Spirits (Feb 4–15), when a couple must deal with the hilarious fallout of a medium accidentally summoning the ghost of the husband’s ex-wife. The Wild Party (March 18–29) takes audiences to the 1920s, when a night of debauchery ends in a morning of sobering truths. Lastly, La Cage Aux Folles (June 17–28) stars Billy Porter as a gay man whose son invites his fiancée’s right-wing politician parents for a visit.
