Description

It’s no surprise that this masterful play exploring identity and language won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2023. Playwright Sanaz Toossi invites the audience to a language class in Iran as the students—of various ages, backgrounds, and English ability—are preparing to take the TOEFL test.
