Description
Playwright-director James Lapine and composer Tom Kitt dream up a fictional encounter among writer Aldous Huxley (Harry Hadden-Paton), playwright Clare Boothe Luce (Carmen Cusack) and movie star Cary Grant (Tony Yazbeck), all of whom experimented with LSD in the 1950s. High on the drug and at a crossroads in their lives, the three luminaries confront the mysteries of their world in this daring new musical with music by Kitt (Next to Normal, If/Then) and lyrics by Michael Korie (Grey Gardens).
