The Italian astronomer, physicist and mathematician was instrumental in discovering and understanding much of our solar system and invented scientific instruments that changed the world. This musical celebrates him and his many contributions to science—while introducing audiences to his personal life and relationship with his brilliant daughter Maria-Celeste, and how they battled those in power to champion science and the truth.
