For two weeks leading up to the release of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire on March 22, Sony Pictures will be decking out Ghostbusters HQ—aka Ladder Company 8, the real Tribeca firehouse—to appear in real-life the same as it does in the forthcoming film: frozen. Expect ice, chill sensibilities and all manner of cold-weather frights.
On March 14, from 9am to 5pm, the FDNY will host a daylong event to commemorate the firehouse's appearances in the film franchise and to promote both fire and ice safety, with Ecto-1 and the new Ecto-Z stopping by so fans can take photos and interact with the vehicles.
